We will come to your home for a no obligation consultation.  During this consultation, we will assess your needs, help you determine a budget, and discuss the various steps of your home improvement project.    

Design Agreement

The next step is to enter into a Design Agreement.  Once this Agreement is signed and a retainer payment is made, we will begin preparing the project plans using our 3D computer design software.    

Contract

We will provide you a final set of drawings, specifications and plans upon the signing of the Contract. A 50% down payment is required at the time of signing a Contract in order to proceed with your project.
